Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing ample time for a leisurely check-in, a few moments to relax, and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. All treatments must end at the scheduled time, as to prevent the delay of the next client’s services.

We ask that your turn off your cell phones before entering the Spa. It is meant to be a relaxing experience for everyone receiving treatments, including you.

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For Spa Packages a credit card is required to secure your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that no-shows and late cancellations, for all facials and body treatments, will result in a 50% charge of your appointment’s cost added to your Spa account, and you will not be eligible to make any future appointments until further notice, or until we receive your payment.
