Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we may accommodate your schedule.

Company Policy

We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. For the protection of your clothing during color or chemical services, we ask that you wear the robe that is provided.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for retail or service. We will be happy to customize your gift certificate to meet your gift giving needs. Please inquire at the front desk.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services at Jay Michael Salon and Spa, please notify the salon manager within 7 days of the service date.

Cancellation Policy

We request that if you need to cancel any appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice is suggested. For the Japanese Straightening procedure, we ask for at least 72 hours notice to cancel this appointment due to the amount of time that is reserved to perform the procedure. In addition, a deposit of $250 will be required to hold the appointment when booking for a Japanese Straightening.

Payment Options

We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept American Express. We regret that charges are for exact amounts only; gratuities can not be added onto credit cards.
